The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy has launched the call for applications (open to all countries, including Croatia) for the following awards:
- 9th edition of the “Premio Farnesina – Italian bilateral scientific cooperation award”, intended for Italian scientists working abroad who have remarkably contributed to the advancement of science and technology

- 9th edition of the “L’innovazione che parla italiano” award, aimed at recognizing the highly innovative value of technology startups operating abroad and founded by Italian citizens

- 4th edition of the “Science, She Says” award, intended for 5 foreign female scientists under the age of 40 who carry out their research in one of 5 different regions (Africa and the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Central and South America and the Caribbean, North America)

The applications from Croatia for the three above-mentioned awards must be submitted to the email address: comm.ambzagabria@esteri.it by 20th September 2026, following the instructions provided for each award in the respective call for application and form (downloadable via the links above).
